We have been using this team for around 18 months now, always professional in our dealings, and more importantly, seem to look after the tenant which is a must for us, they are, after all, what is important to our overall investment strategy. The company deliver on what they promise. Provide all the standard functions one would expect from a fully integrated real estate firm with great software for end of year documents, ready to hand over to the accountant. We rate David Deane Real estate highly .

Real Professional Property Agent!!

It took them only 2 weeks to find a new tenant for my investment property in Brisbane. I thought is gonna be quite period in Christmas, they work really hard through inspections and found me a couple who is ready to move in right away. Thank you to Joanne, Paula and the entire rental team for being real professional real estate agency!!

Much needed help

When I had engaged David Deane my property had been untenanted for over a month without having had a single prospective tenant apply for the property which was putting a lot of emotional and financial strain on me - I was very frustrated with the previous manager. Within one week of transferring management to David Dean I had 2 applications due to a smarter more effective marketing campaign and better communication one of which is now tenanting the property. Thoroughly recommend.
