Great Agency
David Deane make if very easy when looking for a tenant. They let us know when they have an open house and how many people take a look and what their feedback is. This helped us know what we needed to fix so we could get the right tenant.

Informative Agents

Proactive staff
While trying to re-rent our property, the staff held regular open houses and we were kept informed of every open for inspection and the attendees reactions to the property. The staff were proactive in finding new tenants.

A well known and very freindly group
Our dealings with Deans is still very early but so far have been very happy they are promt with communication informing us of the rental procedure at every step the staff from the front desk to the property manager have been very polite and friendly we felt at ease at all time and so happy we decided to rent through them a first class real estate narelle and bob farmer
