David Deane make if very easy when looking for a tenant. They let us know when they have an open house and how many people take a look and what their feedback is. This helped us know what we needed to fix so we could get the right tenant.

I have been with DavidDean through my property for almost a year now and have found them to be very hands on. Very quick to respond to any emails from myself and to action my tenants requests. I would recommend them as an agent to anyone looking for a trustworthy team working with you.

While trying to re-rent our property, the staff held regular open houses and we were kept informed of every open for inspection and the attendees reactions to the property. The staff were proactive in finding new tenants.

The team at David Deane are amazing. My previous tenancy was through these guys and I was with them for 9.5years, so naturally when it came to relocating, we contacted the office and the ladies bent over backwards to help us into a new property without drama.
