Tim from David Deane Real Estate managed a renovation project for my property in Deception Bay. Before we started, Tim made several phone calls with me to discuss my needs and even made a detailed spreadsheet with cost estimates. He obtained numerous quotes, coordinated trades, and took videos to show me the progress of the renovation. I live overseas and I have always wanted to carry out the renovation project but this has been impossible until I found Tim. The property is now rented out and the rental income is much more than before. Thank you Tim and the rest of the team from David Deane Real Estate!

We are new tenants with David Deane but in these few weeks it’s been great. Since applying for the house they replied fast and within a week we got the house and moved in. Our property manager was Tim and he’s been great with everything and quick with replies.
