Very happy dealing with Tim at David Deane real estate in regards to getting my house ready to rent out. Was unfortunate enough to call an unreliable bond cleaner who didn’t work out and Tim was able to recommend another one who did a very professional and satisfying job. From the time I handed the keys over, it took no time at all for me to get the news that someone was ready to move in.

We found David Deane via google search and was impressed by their review ratings. We interact with Tim McDougall and Eleesha van Venetien for managing our investment property affairs. We find both Tim and Eleesha very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Their timely and thorough response to our queries is highly commendable.

Timothy has been a great asset to assist with my property management needs. The less I need to do gives me confidence in their network, staffing and attitude when it comes to dealing with tenants and owners. Great work!

If you are looking for property manager and you don't make a call to Tim McDougall or Josephine Robson from David Deane, you will regret for sure. Tim and Josephine helped me have a smooth transition from builder last Wednesday and did an open inspection Last Saturday, and successfully leased the property to very good tenants. During the whole process in the last couple weeks, Tim and the team is very professional and attention to details, which gave a seamless experience. Their result will exceed your expectation! Highly recommended!
