In an uncertain world that has seemingly ground to a holt. We all feel like we are living groundhog day, where 24 hours merges into 7 days and a week's recount consists of what was on the dinner menu, car trips to Dan Murphy's and keeping the daily 11:00am meeting with Gladys. Thank goodness there is still some certainty. In less than 24 hours this week, I attended a private inspection with Bindi and discussed making an offer on an apartment David Murphy Residential was currently selling. By the close of business the following day, I was thrilled to have exchanged on the property. Its pretty difficult trying to purchase a home when you are an Ex-Pat and can't get back into the Country to inspect and make critical decisions due to the current pandemic situation. You need a great Real Estate Agent to tell you like it is, who will go that extra mile for both vendor and purchaser and understands that we are living in very exceptional and unusual Circumstances. David provided all that and more, David is the true professional at his craft and simply made a very difficult situation enormously less stressful. Simply put , he is on top of his game. We had contact with other agents who neither bothered to return our calls or even give us the information we requested except direct us to a standard website.
