They gave us honest advice that it was not a great time to sell when we thought about selling in August 2020, and they continued to give us good advice with no pressure until we went on market in March 2021. Our appraisal meeting with David and Bindi was relaxed and informative, with none of the formulaic presentations or hard sell and over-promising of other agencies. Their great contacts for photography, storage, gardening etc helped us get ready for sale very quickly, and their marketing materials are eye-catching: many people stopped to admire the several photos on our sign board. In our short period off-market they did what they promised, showed quality buyers through and elicited offers, but respected our decision to still go on the open market and to auction.
