I first met David when he was selling another property a few years ago which I didn't buy but I was extremely impressed with him. He stood well above the rest of the agents in Mosman. His friendliness and lack of 'cringe-worthy' agent speak and manner was such a refreshing thing. He was fair to the owner and fair to me as a buyer which I really respected. He knew the Mosman market deeply but didn't parade it about. I remembered him and years later subsequently retained him to sell my property. As far as I was concerned, there were no alternatives. He was always approachable and honest and I always felt like he had things totally under control - which he did. He provides a very personal touch to selling a property and his team is very proficient. He's at the head of the pack.

David has always been realistic and spot on when it comes to the expected sale price of the property and his knowledge of the market is second to none so we always knew we were in the best hands.To me there is nothing worse than having someone fuelling our expectation with unrealistic outcomes. He knew what we wanted. He told us what to do to get there and we followed his advice without question for we knew this was the right thing to do. In the end the realization exceeded the expectation...and it wasnt just the market ..it was the agent and the market
