We have known David a number of years now and this is the second home he has sold for us. David goes out of his way to be there for you, and be there for our prospective buyers. He's pretty much the most honest agent and guy I know. Even on purchases, and other things when we were not selling and he didn't need to help he would always offer and go out of his way to help, and nothing was ever an issue. He manages both yours and buyers expectations perfectly, and his view on the market and accuracy of pricing is better than anyone I know. We consider David a friend and someone we trust implicitly and can't speak highly enough of him and his team at David Murphy. One of the nicest guys in real estate on the lower north shore.
