David was friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable about the features and aspects of the property and other properties in the area. For the house we were purchasing, he was able to inform us of useful answers to questions about a number of our "what if" questions. He provided us with the extended opportunity for two extended visits to inspect the house and had suggestions about also moving into the neighborhood and schools. In the process we also met David's wife. David was also able to visit our home in the signing of the contracts and explaining the requirements of the contract and vendor statement especially my queries about the septic tank. At all times David was courteous, professional and did not rush or pressure us. During our discussions with him we got to know him and felt confident of his ability to act fairly and reliably. As a result we were able to purchase the house within our range and this was close to the vendors range as well, so l believe we were all satisfied with the deal that he brokered.
