Some months ago, My life goals changed with a decision to move to another state. I was fortunate enough, after contacting a number of local agents, one of whom I have known for over thirty years, to have David from "David Pino Realestate " in Riddells Creek, drop off a personal message in my letterbox after hearing that I no longer required the property. I have been told many times that times are difficult and what I outlined as to what I thought would be the likely outcome was unlikely to happen any time soon! Every day is different,not difficult. It is what it is as has been the case for thousands of years when, at times whole races have been bought close to extinction due to natural disasters, diseases, ect, ect. David and associate ( his wife), bought three family groups to the home, two of which made an acceptable offer. The property has now been bought by one of those clients, who had been looking for two years for something to fulfill the needs of a growing family. I am sure it will be a home that they will enjoy for many a year as I have. People "buy" homes, Real Estate Agents ,as much as they like to think so, do not sell them! David understands this and for this reason, deserves the results that have been and will be achieved in the future. Even though there is a "SOLD" sticker on the board out front, I would like to think that it has been "BOUGHT". Many thanks to all concerned.
