Nicolle discovered her passion for Real Estate with the purchase of her first home in the late 90’s. She soon made her first investment property purchase, then moved swiftly into property management, initially with her own properties, then building a select portfolio with her close circle of family and friends. Her personal journey with buying, selling and managing properties has given Nicolle a love for the Industry and an understanding of the emotions involved with these important and often life-changing decisions.
