About Mylisa

Under the guidance of Director Tony Day, and with the support and assistance of Property Officer Belinda Sicuri, Mylisa Nguyen works together with Property Manager Amanda Ethell to provide a stress-free and successful property management experience. Each member of the team has their own responsibilities yet works collaboratively to ensure the goals of Day & Hodgson’s valued clients are achieved. Mylisa enjoys matching property owners with the right tenants, and finds it particularly rewarding to secure a new home for those looking to lease a rental property. With an extensive background in hospitality and event management, Mylisa knows the importance of customer service, excels at communication and is passionate about providing a satisfying outcome for everyone involved. About Amanda

As part of Day & Hodgson’s professional property management team, Amanda Pickford works with Property Managers Belinda Sicuri and Mylissa Nguyen to develop and nurture lasting relationships with landlords and tenants to help them achieve their property goals. Amanda is involved with all facets of the rental process including ongoing maintenance, routine inspections and general administration. With more than 15 years in hospitality and two years as an international flight attendant prior to starting her real estate career, Amanda has extensive experience in dealing with customers from all walks of life. She is an excellent communicator, genuinely friendly and highly organised. Her fresh enthusiasm and engaging personality immediately put people at ease, and she enjoys providing a level of personal service often unique to boutique independent agencies. “I’m incredibly excited to be working with one of the best property teams in the bayside and inner west areas,” says Amanda. “I feel I’ve made the right choice joining Day & Hodgson, and that’s exactly how I want our landlords and tenants to feel too.”

About Belinda

As well as being a mum to two daughters, Belinda Sicuri still finds time to help out with property management and day-to-day administration at Day and Hodgson. Currently working with the team part-time, Belinda is a licensed real estate agent with a background in retail, teaching and travel. She’s reigned in the globetrotting lifestyle now though to focus on Day and Hodgson’s customer base throughout Sydney’s inner west. Meeting a variety of people and enjoying a new career with its own set of challenges is something Belinda is really excited about. (We’re excited about you too Belinda!) Learning more about the industry from Directors Tony Day and Maria Hodgson, and being part of a team that provides such amazing personal service, is something that appeals to Belinda. So when you’re dealing with Day and Hodgson, you’ll know it’s Belinda Sicuri working away behind the scenes to make sure your real estate experience is not just great, but genuinely enjoyable.

D&H my Managing Agent

I have dealt with D&H for a few years and have been very happy with the Team most recently because of ill health I was not able the take an interest in my investment property and the D&H Team looked after everything in the most professional way. Thank to all the Team

Great to rent from!

I was renting through D&H for the last year and a bit. I have to say they’ve been one of the better real estates that I’ve rented through. Issues were always resolved quickly and their communication was excellent from the start the tenancy to handing the keys back. They had the perfect balance of caring for the property on behalf of the owner to respecting that it is the tenants home. Was really nice to feel valued as a renter.

A helpful property management team

It's not always an easy task to manage property. Thing goes wrong here and there all the time but a good agent can help and protect landlord from being overwhelmed by the amount of details and reduce negative impact. Day&Hodgson team provides professional guidance according to changing market condition and actions promptly on all my instructions. The team try to meet the expection of their client. Overall provide good service of property management.
