First of all, we would like to thank Tony for all his service provided for our sale of property. Tony was extremely accommodating with all our requests to view 17/16 Sadlier Crescent Petersham. Tony was very professional however was relaxed in all our inspections. I wouldn't call Tony your typical real estate agent - the smart suit variety, he was the more relaxed variety which in my case calmed the whole process. Tony is our hero - against the stacked challenges of lockdowns and the late, rushed entry of a neighboring, essentially identical property hitting the market and setting their auction just days before our own (and frankly, some questionable behavior on the part of the competing agents), Tony not only handled the ensuing dramas - and our anxieties - with great pose and patience, but did so with the personable manner, attentiveness, integrity, and finely-honed skills that have earned the trust of our extended family through more than one transaction over the years - and we're sure that potential and actual buyers have also appreciated his manner. Tony was super responsive and went above & beyond to help us buy our flat. We did a virtual walkthrough within 24h of reaching out and submitted an offer later that evening. Tony helped explain some of the nuances of this property, and was very honest about the whole process and what we should expect. Super friendly and pleasant experience.
