We originally bought our place in Marrickville from Tony in 2009 and was impressed with his local knowledge and great communication at the time. We also used Day and Hodgson as out agents while we rented the place out and they kept it tenanted the whole time and were really easy to deal with. We decided to sell early in 2020 and despite the main Covid lockdown Tony was able to bring many buyers through and keep us informed throughout the process. We ended up selling for pretty much the exact amount which Tony expected and we were both extremely happy with the result. For the Marrickville/Dulwich Hill area, I don't believe that there is another agent with as much local knowledge or who also offers such a friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!

I was matched with Tony by an online service as I was having trouble finding a local agent who would return my emails and calls about listing my property as a rental. Tony called me straight away and came to visit my home that day. When I first met him, he struck me as being very authentic and knowledgeable about the local area. I guess the agents work for the vendor and not the buyer, but in this case, even though we were buyers, I didn't feel like the things were one-sided.
