Professional and Knowledgeable Tony!

Having leased one investment property and sold two houses with Day & Hodgeson our experiences with Tony Day and his team have always been excellent. They are approachable, friendly, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and cohesive. There are so many agents in the industry now but we went with D&H as there truly is no substitute for experience. Tony Day comes with a depth of knowledge about the current market and knows his local area inside out, as well as working long enough to see the various changes that have happened in the industry. Tony Day presented us with realistic views on the market and the true value our family home and investment property. He was upfront with us about what to expect along the way. Tony's approach was professional and sincere. He is an excellent communicator. He has been ahead on most of the issues and kept us informed all the time. His initial assessment was overly optimistic, but he brought greater caution to the sale as we approached the auction date.
