Throughout the process from the initial meeting, the pre sale process, the campaign and till the sold day he is a clear and professional communicator including listening and answering queries in a consistent prompt professional manner. Tony is also the owner operator of Day and Hodgson so your mainly dealing with him majority of the time which becomes more efficient throughout your sale process as opposed to some other agencies. The assistants also provide consistent communication if it were the case that they had to do the open home instead of Tony so your in professional hands. The rating would be less credible if given 5 stars, 4.5 stars would be a better reflection.

We were very impressed by the property that Tony showed us. We had looked at other properties but this was the one we really liked and it is very convenient for us. We ended up paying a little more than we really wanted to, but we really liked the property and were willing to negotiate up a little. Cannot recommend Tony too highly.
