Nekti went above and beyond to help us find a house to purchase including meeting us separately at the house for inspection due to us living in Melbourne. Justin was just perfect. He waa proactive and adapted his strategy constantly on the fly as we listed through one of the most hectic times with Melbourne’s ring of steel being lifted a few days post listing, and strong interest from Melbourne buyers. Justin achieved an amazing price for us, and handled all organisation with our tenant for inspections. The process was much easier than I thought it would be! His communication up to settlement was great, keeping me in the loop via texts as he appreciated it’s hard to have a phone conversation with two little kids I would’ve hesitate to recommend Justin, in fact I already have to a friend that listed with him and sold instantly!
