Friendly and took me to x 2 time to the property by making appointments. But one thing I was disappointed is i got only one garage remote (am sure that multiple copies may be there). Keys which i collected after my settlement was not the right key. None of the keys were worked! I have to call Chole (Matt's deputy) to see whether they have got any. Chole went to somewhere (!) and got the right key but only one copy. Very disappointing even keys are not checked when it's handover to the owner after settlement. I would ask to make a practice to check first if all the keys are correct and in fact i would suggest to show the new owner what key is what may be a good thing.
