Elliott ensures he personally meets every person or Tradesman associated with the Sale. He does not delegate these tasks to his staff. Elliott Dean is by far the best realestate agent in Brisbane. In fact the whole experience with Dean Property Team has been a seamless pleasure. Dean provides a vendor with exceptional market knowledge. He relates and discusses a plan of sale suitable for the current market. Thoughout the open homes and sale he communicates and keeps both the buyer and sellers informed and upto date. If it was possible to give a higher star rating, I gladly would.

Throughout our properties purchasing journey, we've dealt with many agents, each with different sales approaches. I would highly recommend Elliott to anybody wishing to sell their home. He must be doing something right if you can list the property on a Friday afternoon, have an open home on the Saturday morning and an offer that day, which ultimately led to the sale of the property.

Elliott is a very professional agent who is always prepared when it comes to selling a property. He provided feedback very regularly and kept me totally informed. He is patient and willing to try new strategies to get the sale. He is also realistic around pricing and is able to deliver, unlike other agents who promise you a great price but can't convert this to a sale.

I really value Elliott’s integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. As well as, and equally important, his open and friendly manner. We first meet Elliott eight years ago when buying our townhouse. When it came to selling, there was no decision, Elliott would be the one. It was like inviting an old friend back.
