We were lucky to find a very dedicated and professional team who helped us achieve a great outcome. Fortunately, we had watched some auctions and sales results in our local area and by attending two auctions, knew what Ross and his team at Define could achieve. From our first meetings with Ross and Katie, we were very comfortable that they could achieve the outcome we were after. They knew their strategies well, shared their extensive knowledge and were really easy to talk to. The communication and reporting following the open houses was great. All the way through we were aware of the likely number that would bid on auction day due to the follow ups occurring throughout. We had nine registered bidders which given the current market conditions and interest rate rises, was well above our expectations. Auction day was a great outcome.
