Jordan was extreemly helpfull in assisting us to establish a price for our unit and handled all the enquiries and inspections. While it did not stay on the market for long we were very happy with the outcome and felt the price achieved was reasonable and reflected the current market. Jordy approached us after selling our neighbours property. We told him a price what we wanted and he worked extremely hard for us to get what we wanted for our property and nothing was too hard. I think he is a very ‘modern day’ version of a real estate agent. His market knowledge of the surrounding suburb was great. Always well dressed and easy to talk to.
