It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael and the team and really nice story with this sale.  I had bought my first house from Michael and as an agent he was no fuss and straight forward. There was no selling, just open and honest communication. When it came to selling my most recent home, he was an obvious choice. And he didn't disappoint. Demians have done all we could have asked for and more. The process was seamless, unobtrusive and warm the whole way through. We got the right price and sold to the right people. Can't ask for more than that.  We trust Michael as an agent and I think that is what sets him apart.
