WOW what can i say more about Michael? The review speaks for itself. It was a very hard decision in picking the agent to help you handle your properties, there are some good agents, some great agents, and then there is Michael - the above all. Michael is truely a relationship specialist agent, working around my time even though i am living in the country 4 hours behind Australia, yet Michael was still up whenever we needed to discuss somehting. Be noted that my house sold at 9:30PM. Michael is transparency and helpful. He showed and guided me everything in the process of selling as it is my first time dealing with property. If Michael advised you to do something, you would might want to follow it as his intention is for your greater goods overall. Michael is a true professional. He kept me informed on every step of the process and always kept his word. He also went out from his zone to help me all the way from house was still on the lease to house SOLD. Michael and Mark were very helpful helping me to arrange the cleaner and trader to help me toward the end of my lease . Two weeks past by, my house was ready to be on the market which thanks to Michael and Mark. Michael also went above and beyond to even help me arrange some requested documents from the purchaser because my solicitor was slow to respond. I am very happy working with Michael from Day 1 till the property was sold. Definitely a 10/10 for the Demian brothers.

Mark is very honest and trusting. He managed my rental. This meant I knew both Tenant and I were well looked after. I've never felt the need to micromanage anything. Anytime a routine inspection or any issue came up I was without fail updated and I was guided. This was my first rental and he guided me every step of the way. He also managed the sale of my property. Again the process was made so stress free by him. His knowledge is way beyond others at his age. I would not hesitate to ask for his help again!

Mark assisted us with the purchase of our first home and made the entire experience a dream.
