The experience having Michael sell our house for us was very positive. Most importantly he took the time to understand our needs and work around our schedule. He was never pushy and worked through any issues with us transparently and promptly. He always advocated for us as sellers and gave good advice but also took the time to listen and factor in our perspectives when making decisions. His approach to the inspection and negotiation process was completely transparent and what you want from an agent. I would recommend him to anyone I know and would use him again.

We had been looking for our first home on and off for a while now. When we spoke to Mark and Michael, they were great from the beginning. They responded promptly with emails and calls and were transparent with us from the beginning which we greatly appreciated. Michael worked around the clock to suit our shift work schedules and he always tried to accommodate us. Being our first home, we didn’t have much experience, however Michael helped us through each step of the way. He explained everything thoroughly and went out of his way to always give us 110%. Michael is true to his word, honest and professional. He definitely went above and beyond and kept us updated on everything from day one. We couldn’t recommend Michael enough!

Micky just recently sold our home and we couldn't be happier with the result. We had a block of land in Thornton over 12 months ago and we put it in the hands of a Local Agent with little interest at all, so called Micky for advice and he came to the party all the way from Sydney. With the uncertainty that's surrounding us right now, there were a few buyers concerned with getting finance but with Micky's persistent and patient nature he finely found a buyer and the Block sold today .... a miracle if you ask me. Micky isn’t your average 9-5 agent. If you email him a concern at 11:30pm, you will receive a response by 11:35pm. He works not only around the clock but around your schedule. Throughout the early stages of my purchasing process he was very transparent with his knowledge & predictions, he wasn’t wrong either, which makes him very trusting. He is also not one to be pushy like other estate agents I have dealt with in the past. Micky is very patient, flexible & likes to work on the terms of the vendor & purchaser. Mark is a little reserved but don't let that fool you, he is a hard worker and is incredibly supportive of his brother. If I needed anything he was there.
