Mark recently sold our Townhouse and the level of service he provided us was phenomenal. Everything from the initial consultation to putting the house on the market was done smoothly and efficiently, he demonstrated excellent negotiation skills and we got the price that we were looking for within 16 days of the house going on the market. What can I say about the Demian Agency that isn’t already a known fact. Best agents in Australia. Michael and Mark were an absolute pleasure to work with. Always available and nothing was too hard. From the first time we met Michael, the market facts and figures were presented, main thing at no stage was he pushy at all and let us compare and take an educated decision to which agency we will select to sell our family home. Then from the moment we signed to settlement - difficult to express in words. Michael was exceptional in follow ups, communicated every stage and was always upfront with the information and maintained transparency. The process of selling a house (normally stressful) was made easier because of Demian brothers.
