With the daunting task of selling, via an EPOA, my mum-in-law's home, it was wonderful to have Haydn's expertise & guidance to help navigate us through the process. From the very beginning when we engaged his services, we felt very comfortable that Haydn was the right person for the task. He presented the procedural steps to be undertaken in an easy to understand format and was always happy to answer any queries or questions we had along the way. From adding "virtual furniture" to the vacant room photos and explaining each next stage of the process as it was needed, we always felt well informed as each step progressed. We were kept updated daily either verbally with a call and/or via text/email.
