With the daunting task of selling, via an EPOA, my mum-in-law's home, it was wonderful to have Haydn's expertise & guidance to help navigate us through the process. From the very beginning when we engaged his services, we felt very comfortable that Haydn was the right person for the task. He presented the procedural steps to be undertaken in an easy to understand format and was always happy to answer any queries or questions we had along the way. From adding "virtual furniture" to the vacant room photos and explaining each next stage of the process as it was needed, we always felt well informed as each step progressed. We were kept updated daily either verbally with a call and/or via text/email. Our listing went live on-line on a Thursday evening, 1st open home on the Saturday with 26 groups, 1st offer on the Sunday, 2nd on Monday and a 3rd offer after the next open home on the Wednesday. A contract was signed the next day, after less than a week on the market and at a price that was more than we had originally expected or hoped for. We were most grateful for Haydn's expert knowledge of the real estate market, his sales approach regarding advertising pricing and his professional but also personalised attention to small details. It was a pleasure to sell the property with Hadyn as our agent and would utilise his services again in the future if the need arises. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Hadyn for any real estate proceedings.
