Rob was an exceptional agent to deal whilst we were trying to secure a home for my mum and dad. Rob's local expertise, outstanding communication, negotiation skills, and dedication made the entire process smooth and successful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob to both buyers or sellers. Haydn has assisted us in purchasing a property at Ferny Grove. He was readily available for any queries we had, even after settlement. He went above and beyond to provide us with quality information. Would love to work with him again in future.

Haydn supported us in selling land, at what was a very challenging time to do so. While a high volume of interest and offers was never experienced, Haydn maintained clear and honest communication throughout. No news, was still delivered…which was appreciated. He also offered alternative ideas and strategies to maintain momentum on the process. In the end, we had a positive outcome and would recommend Haydn gladly.

Well, how refreshing it has been to have such a great experience selling this very derelict property. Right from the start, my/our experience with Haydn and his team at Denovans has been just excellent. He really knows his area, market and people. His real estate knowledge is fantastic. The support to us as the sellers, communication about viewings and responses and open home viewings were again just so good. We knew everything that was happening mostly the same day or the next. We felt comforted that Haydn and his agency were doing their very best to sell our property. I would absolutely recommend Haydn and his team at Denovans to anyone who is selling. Thanks Linda😊

From the moment I rang Rob re the sale of 6 Warringah Street he could not have been more helpful. His response to my original call was prompt and I felt reassured by his expertise and knowledge of the real estate situation in the area. The sales campaign ran seamlessly with the house under contract in less than two weeks from being listed. Also I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. I was also impressed with the fact that nothing was too much trouble for Rob as I live an hour and a half from the property and he readily offered to do the odd thing outside his scope of work. I highly recommend Rob Missenden for his diligence and ability.
