Haydn is easy to talk to and has great knowledge of properties in our local area. He is prompt with returning calls/emails/texts and made it clear from the beginning not to hesitate to contact him if we had any concerns.

I’m happy to give my personal recommendation for Rob Missenden’s realty services. We recently had Rob sell a property for us and found him to be friendly, approachable and readily available. Once we had a contract on the house Rob professionally facilitated negations between us and a buyer who required a lot of guidance through the process. Rob also made himself available prior to listing for advice on renovations and discussions around marketing. Overall a positive experience dealing with Rob though a stressful time.

Haydn is very approachable and was always happy to answer any questions (and we had many). If he didn't know off hand, he provided answers. I'd be very happy to deal with him again!
