Very happy with the service we received from Haydn and his team. From the first meeting he was open and honest and provided us with realistic expectations for the changing market. Haydn maintained great communication and assisted us with contractors to get the property ready for sale. The campaign was well organised and professional, securing a contract in just over a week. When an unusual issue arose during the contract he worked with both us and the buyer to negotiate a suitable agreement. He was great at offering advice and guidance and we felt in control of the decisions throughout the entire process. We wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.

Haydn and Johnny recently sold our home for us in Keperra. From the outset and throughout, they have both been approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to accommodate our requests. Their knowledge of Real estate and commitment to always finding out answers for us from our thousands of questions puts them well above any encounters with Real Estate agents we’d had before them. If you are looking for a team of Real Estate agents who are willing to go above and beyond to sell your home for you then look no further than Haydn and Johnny. Would sell a house again with them in heartbeat.

We have had properties managed and sokd through Denovan's, and specifically Haydn for many years. Even when we haven't had properties managed through them Haydn has always gone above and beyond to help us with a myriad of things. From property reports, references and general enquiries Haydn has always been an incredible help to us. We have been exceptionally happy with the service over the years and would happily use and recommend Denovan's to any prospective renters, buyers, investors and sellers. Thank you for your service! Rob was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. There were a couple of minor hiccups but Rob was quick to resolve them as soon as he became aware. Overall, it was a smooth sale

Rob has now sold four properties for me. Each one requiring a different strategy to market and each with its unique challenges. His approach in this most recent sale was consistent with previous sales. Rob is motivated, professional, knowledgeable and committed to deliver the best results regardless of the market. I can highly recommend him as an agent, with honest advice and hard work, he gets the job done. Dan

Would unreservedly recommend Rob to any prospective sellers. We presented a challenging situation to him - selling a property from interstate which required coordination of trades, service providers and others. Rob was faultless in his service and always retained a brilliant sense of humour and positive attitude in advocating for our best interests.

Not sure why they push so hard for a review from the buyer, lost a couple of stars just to get the email to stop

Recently sold our place through Rob and we are very happy with the result. We live on the other side of the country and Rob organised everything for us from staging to landscaping and legal. We’d use him again if ever needing a realtor!! Thanks Rob 😀
