Rob made the process of selling my father's house a much more pleasant and stress-free experience than I was expecting, or could reasonably hope for. I felt like I'd won the agent lottery. His market knowledge and willingness to help were outstanding.

We highly recommend Haydn as a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional, who works hard and intelligently to negotiate a good sale and contract. He sold an investment property for us, and impressed us immensely with his follow through and respectful communication, both with us and our tenants which made the process very smooth sailing. We wouldn't hesitate to use Haydn again, as we truely valued his advice, integrity and and personable style.

As Rob successfully found a buyer for my architecturally designed Mitchelton home back in 2017, when it came time to sell again, and once I realised that he was still selling, without question, I asked Rob to sell my Ferny Hills house. Apart from his honesty and how approachable Rob is, I really like the fact that he is also a carpenter, and can explain in detail what has been done to the house, and would also give educated advice on what could be done to a property, without just telling people what they want to hear. I would unhesitatingly use Rob over and over again, for buying or selling, as honesty is crucial, and having sold many homes throughout my career, I have never met a real estate agent with more integrity than Rob.

Haydyn provided a great experience for the purchase of our new property in Mitchelton. His understanding of our needs, constant communication of where things were at and managing the settlement process were streets ahead of any other experiences we previously had in the market. We can not recommend Haydyn highly enough - thanks again!

I was very favourably impressed with Haydn's impeccable professionalism, his precise knowledge of the market and his psychological qualities. Haydn regularly kept us informed of the results of open house sessions, phoning us immediately afterwards but also providing us with a precise and detailed report of the reaction of each visitor. We have also appreciated his sound advice in final discussions with buyers. I can only warmly recommend Haydn and would not hesitate to call on him again.
