From the moment I first enquired on the property I purchased with Haydn I found him to be honest, and clear about the price expectations. He went out of his way to arrange a separate inspection for me as I wasn't available for the scheduled inspection. He was always contactable and answered any questions I had. He was clear about the seller's expectations and always very respectful of both the buyer and seller. The way he adapted his communication style to suit the needs of the clients shows what an excellent agent he is. I would definitely buy a property from Haydn again!

Communication was excellent, giving us regular progress updates. Rob is easily contactable, prompt at returning calls, and his energy and enthusiasm to help and find answers to questions was exceptional, out pacing the average agent. He was quick and very resourceful in organising optional extras such as professional decorators and at a better than expected price. His pleasant attitude, hard work and broad professional knowledge meant less headaches for us and for that we were very appreciative!
