Haydn certainly lived up to my expectations and more! Within a few days Haydn had a contract on my house. I found he listened to my needs but also appeared to balance my needs with the buyers of my property. All questions I asked were answered and he even provided me with reliable advice for the house I was purchasing. I felt he really went above and beyond. My experience recently in purchasing a property from Haydn was first class. I've dealt with sales agents regularly over the years, and I must say I couldn't fault Haydn. His calm and very measured approach is rare in this industry, and his market knowledge was outstanding, helping me see the value in the property he was selling by pointing out other sales close by. Haydn’s knowledge of the market is very good. The photography at early evening showed the house at its very best. The number of visitors to the property I am sure was due to his multi site exposure and he was always there at open houses to promote the house’s best qualities.
