Haydn’s knowledge of the market is very good. The photography at early evening showed the house at its very best. The number of visitors to the property I am sure was due to his multi site exposure and he was always there at open houses to promote the house’s best qualities. I was very happy with Haydn’s efforts and he always dealt with my queries promptly and professionally. I would recommend Haydn with great confidence to any prospective seller.

I interviewed several agents to act for the sale of my property and had no hesitation in selecting Haydn following our first meeting. Whilst the "others" led with typical gimmicks (free marketing etc.., yeah sure) and sales spiels about themselves, Haydn came prepared, armed with a plan and led with his ideas to market "MY" property. Haydn was knowledgeable, courteous and impressively professional which led to a speedy outcome for the sale of our property that exceeded our expectations. Our queries (there were several and at all times of the day) were always answered quickly. We felt well supported throughout the process. We have had a decades long relationship with Denovans Real Estate, from in the 1990s when we purchased our houses. They managed one of the properties for us for approximately 20 years. Haydn was always empathetic and attentive to my concerns. He provided regular updates as to the progress of the sale with offers made or not.He researched the market thoroughly and made recommendations as to pricing based on the market at the time Apart from that he was very personable and basically a nice bloke. Living in Adelaide made it difficult to meet him personally but when I did he was friendly, punctual and professional. I would recommend his services highly.
