Haydn was extremely easy to work with, and always keeping me up to date on discussions and documentation. Follows up quickly, even with text messages as I’ve not been able to talk over the phone. With all our competing priorities, there was never going to be a good time for us to sell our home in the next couple of years. As a buyers agent we always like to deal with agents that are co-operative and communicate effectively. As a seller we would recommend Haydn for his honest approach and making it easy with access around property viewings. As a buyers agent our time can be limited with other tasks, having an agent that will come out any time for viewings and not just opens homes will help get your house sold sooner.

We really warmed to Haydn as a buyer, nothing was too much trouble and he had a measured and patient approach with us (many dont) that made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision to purchase our new home. I was very happy with Haydn's service in selling my property. He was excellent at communicating and was very responsive to my calls. I particularly valued this as I live inter-state. Haydn provided some valuable advice and helped me get ready for sale (e.g. arranging lawn mowing). Haydn was also very polite and a gentleman which I appreciated.
