Haydn was amazing with the sale of our apartment in Chermside. He kept us up to date every week and as the market changed, Haydn was honest and up front with us regarding our expectations. We are based overseas and sometimes, time zones can be a challenge, however Haydn was always available to discuss our property. I would high recommend Haydn and would not hesitate to use him again as our agent.

Haydn is easy to deal with and not annoying like other agents can be. Process with reasonably simple.

We dealt with Haydn on our first home purchase, and had experienced the stereo typical “smarmy sales pitch type” agents from other real estate agents which was so off putting . Haydn is NOTHING like that he is very genuine and trustworthy, a real credit to Denovan’s. Very approachable, kept lines of communications open and most importantly he always called back when he said he was going to. He made our experience of a first home purchase very smooth sailing, and he was most accommodating even down to the final step of picking up the keys on settlement date working around our schedule. Cannot speak highly of Haydn, thank you!
