Hayden was very helpful during the sale took on our offer price stright to owner for negotiation. Even after sale Hayden provided great service in helping contact neighbours to help us get approval to build fence and also when needing to contact sale owner to get permission to dig hole in their land for build he was great help in getting in contact with owner. As the owners of a property in Keperra, we received an unsolicited letter from Haydn at Denovans Real Estate advising us of the successful recent sale of a similar property. We spoke to Haydn at the time, although we had no intention at that stage of selling, and found him to be most helpful and courteous. We subsequently decided to sell the property and decided that Haydn would have first opportunity. Haydn carried out rigorous research which led him to advise a suggested price some 20% above his verbal estimate provided during our earlier discussions. We agreed, and after an initial setback beyond Haydn's control, the property promptly sold for the full asking price. Throughout the process, Haydn acted in a most professional manner. He was in regular contact, and at all times we felt he was acting in our interests as vendors. Subsequently we offered him the opportunity to lease a commercial office which had stood vacant for an extended period. Within two weeks he had provided a client on a long term lease at full market value. The service provided in taking the property to market, and subsequently attending to certain of the lessee's requirements on our behalf showed him to be an agent focused on the complete real estate picture. In short, he acted professionally and ethically at all times. In summary, we would have no hesitation in Haydn conducting any property activity on our behalf, either buying, selling, leasing, or acting in an advisory capacity.
