The girls agreed that their mum, a life long resident of Enoggera, would want a local agent to sell her house. They chose Haydn. He showed them options in a sympathetic, professional and articulate manner. They didn't want the emotional cost of directly removing or demolishing their mum's home of 25 years. Haydn put it on the market on a Friday and had the successful bidder's contract on the Monday. The price was fair to both parties, giving the girls quick closure after a year of dealing with their mums loss and affording the developer a reasonable margin. Well done Haydn.

We had a very old, run down and difficult property to sell. Haydn overcame the difficulties and with his knowledge and pleasant working attitude, he managed to find a buyer in a very short period of time.
