Daniel approached me when he sold a 1 bedroom apartment down the road early this year and said he had buyers still looking for a similar apartment in the area. My property was tenanted and COVID made it hard to access and sell the property. However it didn’t stop Daniel - he followed up with me and kept me updated for the past 6 months and also kept his buyers in the loop too.
