I first found out about this property through Dibs database off market. Dib took me through privately and really took the time to explain and show me everything about the house, which made us feel free comfortable and excited. Of course we made an offer to try and purchase this property for less than the final outcome however this was hard, Dib was a very good negotiator, the owners are very lucky! We are pleased we purchased this property and are grateful that Dib let us know about it first and thank him for his hard work to help us purchase our dream home. He is honest, reliable, has a great team and very easy to deal with.
