We have lived in the area for a while and seen the hard work Dib has been putting in for years to build his reputation. His name is synonymous with our area and we didn't hesitate to enlist his help when we wanted to sell our home. Our faith was repaid in no time. We had a contract of sale after the second weekend of open house at a price of $100,000 more than we budgeted for. Importantly we were thrilled with Dib and his team's diligence and expertise. The fact that Dib also found our new dream home just proves he listened to us and understood our needs. To say we recommend Dib Chidiac doesn't express strongly enough our delight with his service

Knowledge, Professional and Focused, the 3 words to summarised our engagement with Dib and his team. His knowledge of the area coupled with a database of arguably largest network of buyers and sellers in Canada bay council means we have many potential buyers from the get go. The team is also very organised, guided us through different stages of campaign and provided us regular update via weekly summary and after every opens. Most importantly Dib and team followed up with the buyers. He understands what the buyers position are hence given us the confidence to proceed with the auction and got a good result. Dib gets even better than our first Sale.
This is the second time Dib Chidiac has been the agent we have used. The first time was for a sale and this time for a purchase. We deliberately sought out Dib for advice and he was magnificent. Always available, clear and multi inspections even outside open house times. We hoped for this standard and got more than we expected from him and his team. The sale contract was complicated because of both a strata scheme and a large community scheme. No trouble to Dib he ensured all required documents were provided in a timely manner. We can't recommend him highly enough and will use him for our future sale.
