Dib has an open and friendly communication style which made for a very easy vendor-agent relationship. The service price is very competitive which was a bargain given the depth of knowledge about the local market. He was very transparent with us which set realistic expectations, however having said that he was able to achieve a stretch target sale price which we are very happy with.
