Dib has kept in contact informally with us over the past 6 years or so, and it made sense to approach him to handle the sale of our home as we made retirement plans for the north coast. While our timing wasn’t great - in the middle of a property downtown- Dib remained enthusiastic about a good sale , and a fairly fast sale as well.
