Adam is simply the best agent in the Illawarra
When I first decided to put my house on the market, choosing an agent was one of the many things that I was not looking forward to. I was skeptical and wary of all real estate agents in general, and after my initial inquiry Adam came around a few days later to explained his entire process to my family and I. He was very personable, explained everything in a clear, easy to understand manner and answered every one of our questions directly and honestly. He was upfront about his fee structure and when our meeting was over I felt very confident in his abilities. Once I gave him the go ahead, Adam and his team took over the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. He was contactable at all times and nothing was too much effort for him. We decided to go with inspection by appointment as opposed to open houses and I was not disappointed. Every potential purchaser who viewed our property was a qualified buyer and we didn't have the worry of opening our house to a parade of strangers who were just there to look. Adam achieved a great price for my property and it was sold within ten days. The whole process absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would never hesitate to recommend Adam to others. Adam McMahon from Dignam is one of those rare individuals who does what he says he will; which makes him a pleasure to deal with. He keeps you in the loop as to what is happening throughout the sale and is swift in responding to calls and emails. You feel you can be direct with him and he in turn with you - which is how we like doing our business, when everything is upfront and transparent. Adam also has a great and professional staff working alongside him, so you quickly feel reassured that no one in the team will drop the ball. After the first Saturday of open inspections we had 4 solid offers for our house and consequently sold it a few days later.
