GREAT COMMUNICATION!
We had seen our house online, and arranged a viewing midweek as we had just missed the Saturday open and the next Saturday open was a number of days away! Adam worked with the previous owners and was extremely accommodating for our midweek viewing. My husband viewed the property first and instantly fell in love, he wanted to put an offer in right away however I was unable to view the property for a few days. Adam knew how keen we were to progress, and we went and viewed the property again that evening! We put an offer in straight away! Adam was great! He helped us secure our forever home, we had a quick turnaround in feedback after our offer. He was friendly, professional and made the process nice and easy!

Adam was very helpful and assisted us to choose a house that was just what we wanted
Adam took us to view a house that was too small for our needs. When he questioned us about our needs he recommended another house that was due to be listed the next day. We inspected that house, we both liked it, reinspected and then made an offer for the house. We both appreciated the fact that Adam listened to what we were looking for in a new house. It made the difference between Adam and other agents.
