In these times and kinds of situations, you need someone who can relate to and relay the message between parties and his proficiency at doing so, together with his hands-on approach, saw me conclude a deal over a few days, which was down to his communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. Adam and his team at Dignam Real Estate are exceptional! Their knowledge and understanding of the industry and the local market are spot on. They are incredibly passionate, professional and caring. At no stage did we feel anything other then confidence with Adam and his team. Our property was on the market with a different real estate agency (One Agency) before we found Dignman. This first Agency convinced us to let them execute a four week auction campaign that was a disaster from the first week. They had priced our house far too high, refused to put a price on our house (no matter how many times we asked them to!) and had buyers come through the house that simply couldn't afford the asking price. As this agency kept saying to us 'buyers are liars' which we felt was incredibly disrespectful. In the end they cancelled the Auction the night before it was due to occur and then charged us huge marketing fees - including paying for the auctioneer even though there was no auction! We felt like they were just in it to make as much fast money as possible without any real strategy or plan. Finding Adam was a god send. He had a very clear strategy for the sale of our house; including pricing it at a more reasonable level. Selling your home is a stressful experience and Adam stepped us through it with ease and confidence. We would highly recommend Adam and his team; don't hesitate to use them! They are amazing.
