I believe Micheal Cawthorn is well deserving of the title the agents agent.! This is the second property Micheal has sold for us. We signed to sell our property a couple of weeks before Covid restrictions were imposed. We were always kept totally informed of how the sales campaign would play out and given exact lead up times for client inspections. Personally Micheal is an absolute pleasure to work with. Calm, positive and with an infectious sense of humour Micheal with his intimate knowledge of the market has the ability to imbue his vendor with confidence and the trust he will deliver on expectations. Michael was extremely helpful with everything regarding the sale of my property. We were friends before I decided to go on this journey but that never clouded the the issue.
