It was a complete pleasure dealing with Michael during the purchase of 2 Riversdale Ave, Burradoo. And, I might add, during previous sales' campaigns over numerous recent years for other properties in the Southern Highlands. Michael is highly knowlegeable of the local market place and wider real estate financial and economic environment. He is an adept salesman and one of the best and most trusted to have on your side, be it selling or buying. With his extensive breadth of experience in marketing, representing his clients' best interests and negotiating successful outcomes, he proved to be masterful in the sales contract negotiation process during my recent purchase. He was able to keep all parties well informed and, importantly in any negotiation process, keep them on side. He acted decisively when required while at the same time exercising patience and calm, understanding the criticality of the various parties' needs and demands in the face of lengthy four-way exchanges between myself, our respective lawyers and the vendors (the latter of whom were interstate). His knowledge, together with his understanding, of the legal sales and contract processes was impressive.
