Quality service!

Change can sometimes be daunting, but not this time. We changed Managing agents to GGRE and we felt confident we were in the right hands from the initial conversation with David Hollands. He provided knowledge on the market, and advised us on some outstanding issues, and honestly all problems were quickly resolved, with a new tenant, and more money per week. There was minimal fuss, an easy transition for any owner. New tenants are in, and all good, but if needed, we know David is only a phone call, text message or email away for helping. Do not hesitate to change to GGRE for Property Management, you will not regret it.

Great experience!!

David from Greg Gilbert was fantastic from the minute I met him at the open home back in March. I felt that he went out of his way more than once to get me information or work on my request. I’ve never had that from any other agent and I’ve been renting for 11 years now. You can see his passion for his service and I’m looking forward to the next few years having him there if we need him looking after our lease.

Fantastic Property Manager!!

David recently leased out two apartments for us. He found us really good tenants for both properties and achieved the rent we were after at the first open house.
