We recently had a very sucessful and stress free experience selling our house on Bilgola Plateau thanks to Gordon Archibald, his assistant Emma and the team at Wiseberry, Mona Vale. We’d been considering selling for some time and asked Gordon for his estimate of what our house was worth. This proved to be at the higher end of our expectations and we agreed to ‘test the market’ with an unadvertised low key approach without even a For Sale sign outside the house. For his part Gordon suggested that he would minimise any inconvenience to us by not hosting any Open House days for a period of time but would instead only bring people to view the house who he judged to be genuinely committed and qualified potential buyers. Our house has a number of features including a large garden and many steps which might not suit every buyer.
